Welcome to MADLIN Quality Custom. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the provision of our automotive enhancement services. By accessing our website or booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions

"Client", "You", and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
"The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our", and "Us", refers to MADLIN Quality Custom.
"Services" refers to vehicle wrapping, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, detailing, and other automotive customisation services provided by us.

2. Services & Scope of Work

MADLIN Quality Custom specialises in high-end automotive enhancements.

• All services are carried out to a professional standard using high-quality materials.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed unsuitable for the requested work (e.g., severe rust, flaking paint, or structural damage) upon inspection.
• Any advice or recommendations given by us are based on our professional experience but do not constitute a guarantee of specific results where vehicle condition is a limiting factor.

3. Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received. We act on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.2 Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking slot. This amount will be deducted from your final invoice.

3.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• More than 48 hours notice: We will happily reschedule your appointment without penalty.
• Less than 48 hours notice: Your deposit may be forfeited to cover lost studio time.
• No Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices quoted are estimates based on the vehicle information provided.

• Final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle's condition differs significantly from the description (e.g., requires excessive cleaning or paint correction prior to wrapping).
• Full payment is due upon completion of the work and prior to vehicle release.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. Title to any goods or materials installed remains with MADLIN Quality Custom until payment is made in full.

5. Vehicle Condition & Liability

5.1 Pre-Existing Damage

A vehicle inspection will be carried out prior to commencing work. Any pre-existing damage (dents, scratches, paint defects) will be noted. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues arising from poor manufacturer paintwork or previous repairs.

5.2 Removal of Parts

Some services require the removal of badges, lights, handles, or trim. While every care is taken, minor clips or brittle plastic parts (especially on older vehicles) may break. We will inform you immediately if this occurs.

5.3 Valuables

Please remove all personal items and valuables from your vehicle before dropping it off. We accept no liability for loss of personal property left inside vehicle.

6. Warranty & Aftercare

We stand by the quality of our workmanship.

• Workmanship Warranty: We offer a 12 month warranty on our installation workmanship against peeling or lifting due to installation error.
• Material Warranty: The manufacturer's warranty applies to the vinyl, PPF, or ceramic coating materials used (terms vary by brand).
• Aftercare: The warranty is void if you fail to follow our provided aftercare instructions (e.g., using automatic car washes, harsh chemicals, or pressure washing edges too closely).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and video clips, is the property of MADLIN Quality Custom and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
